Abstract [sv]

Komponenterna skyddas dessutom inuti motorcykeln. Mitt arbete utmanar traditionell motorcykeldesign.

Abstract [en]

Traditionally, electric motorcycles are constructed with a metal frame, to which a box for batteries, motor, components and plastic covers is then attached. I have designed a motorcycle inspired by the exoskeleton of the animal kingdom, the outer shell forming the covers and at the same time the supporting structure of the motorcycle. My way of designing eliminates the use of a metal frame and plastic covers and enables the use of biocomposite, which minimizes material consumption. The components are also protected inside the motorcycle. My work challenges traditional motorcycle design.
