Drawing from sources such as the romantics, Jenny Odell, and Dacher Keltner, they reflect the importance of redirecting attention—away from the fast-paced, convenience-driven demands of modern life and commercial algorithms—toward slower, more deliberate encounters with horizons, in-between spaces, and the wonder found in nature, art, and communal experiences. 

The paper concludes that this question is not one to be resolved without ambiguity, but to be carried forward as a guiding principle in the artistic process, inviting continuous reflection, making and conversation.
