Abstract [en]

At my part time presentation, I was told, "The key could be a visual picture of What you are dealing with and expressing with your work" At same occasion I was asked, "What will happen if you embrace a serious topic?". These two phases could frame the content of what I have been investigating and dealing with during my Master project. I wanted to work with general aspects connected to our existences and I wanted to approach a personal matter. During my Master project, I have been trying to encircle aspects as loss, belonging and identity. In my artistic practices, I used experiences from my own life, which I tried to transform and unfold visually. I adapted Braille into my artistic process, as a metaphor for communicating and expressing aspects that aren't evident as emotions, memories, and personal experiences. These are accessible to some, to the insiders, but out of reach to others, the outsiders. During my BA in 2009, I was working with similar aspects with an approach as an observer, from a distance, in my Masterwork, I changed the position of being an observer, by including personal experiences into my artistic process.
