The floor is my tool to involve you; your perception and your body. It influences your relationship to your surroundings and to people around you. The floor keeps us all in contact with each other.

I made the choice of working with a floor based on the fact that we, in one way or another, are forced to relate to our underlying foundation. 

An essential part of my process has been developing my role as a critic, using criticism as a way to move forward and not back.
