Abstract [en]

The constant hyperstimulation and increasingly high rhythms of our daily life make it more and more difficult to stop and dedicate time to ourselves to reflect. Immerging ourselves in a state of consciousness means not only to establish internal connections and promote a process of personal knowledge but above all to improve one's physical and mental health.

Light as an instinctive communication channel and human basic need can be a tool to positively influence our psyche and health. By varying intensity, colour temperature and materials it can alter our mood and the perception of the surrounding reality.

With momento I aim to explore the phenomenon of light perception to promote emotional and psychological well-being, using light reflection and movement as tools to bring the user in a state of mindfulness.
